Dynamic QR code manager
Run the rest from your panel.
Type a link and your code appears instantly. Scan it, download it, try it.
How QRVesta works
-
On menus, posters and packaging, the code stays exactly where it is.
-
Change the destination of a dynamic code in the panel, whenever you like.
-
Colour, logo, style: all yours.
Add your colours and logo, then download as PNG or SVG.
-
Time, country, device type and operating system. IP addresses are never stored.
Dynamic QR
One code. Three different weeks.
Picture a single printed code on a café table. Here is how much can change without anyone touching the paper.
-
Week 1 · Menu
The code opens today’s menu.
Create a dynamic URL code, add colours and a logo, download it as SVG and send it to print.
-
Week 2 · Campaign
Same code, new campaign.
Change the destination in the panel and save. The paper stays on the table; whoever scans it now sees the new page.
-
Week 3 · Statistics
You see which week worked.
Follow scans by day, country, device type and operating system. Bots and repeats are not counted.
Features
Everything you need. Nothing in the way.
-
8 QR types
URL, text, vCard, email, phone, SMS, location and Wi-Fi. All but Wi-Fi are dynamic: their content can change later.
- URL
- Text
- vCard
- Phone
- SMS
- Location
- Wi-Fi
-
Logo & colours
Style the code in your brand colours and put your logo in the middle. SVG for print, PNG for screens.
-
Scan statistics
Time, country, device type and operating system. Bots, link previews and repeat scans from the same network within a short time are not counted.
-
Projects & folders
Sort codes into projects and subfolders. On the pages shown after a scan, each project can appear with its own logo and accent colour.
-
Team roles
Access can cover all projects or only the ones you choose.
- Admin
- Everything: users, audit log, plan.
- Editor
- Creates and edits codes and folders.
- Viewer
- Views and downloads, changes nothing.
-
Pause & resume
Pause a code with one switch: scanners see a “temporarily unavailable” page. Switch it back on and it works at once.
-
Security
Protected sign-in and a clear record of activity, built in.
- Throttled sign-in attempts
- Trusted devices
- Session control
- Audit log
Use cases
Wherever it’s printed, it stays current.
-
Restaurants & cafés
When the menu changes, update the destination, not the code on the table.
-
Posters & events
One code for the programme, registration and everything after the event.
-
Packaging & labels
Swap the manual, the campaign or the support page later on.
-
Business cards
With a vCard code, contact details land in the address book in one scan.
-
Office & guest Wi-Fi
A static Wi-Fi code lets guests connect without typing the password.
-
Agencies & multi-brand teams
Each client gets a project folder; roles decide who can do what.
Specifications
The details, in one table.
| QR types | Dynamic: URL, text, vCard, email, phone, SMS, location. Static: Wi-Fi (the details live inside the code and cannot change later). |
|---|---|
| Downloads | PNG and SVG; SVG is recommended for print. |
| Design | Colours and logo. Project branding (logo and accent colour) appears on the pages shown after a scan; depends on plan. |
| Roles | Admin, Editor, Viewer; access to all projects or selected ones. |
| Organisation | Projects, subfolders and separate workspaces. |
| Scan counting | Bots, link previews and repeat scans from the same network within a short time are not counted. |
| Data stored | Time, country, device type, operating system. No IP addresses or full user-agent strings. |
| Audit log | Who did what and when; visible to admins. |
| Sessions | Throttled sign-in and trusted devices. With “Keep me signed in” a session lasts 30 days; otherwise it ends when the browser closes, after 12 hours at most; 7 days without use also ends it. Changing the password signs out other devices. |
| Pausing | A paused code shows a “temporarily unavailable” page and works again as soon as you reactivate it. |
FAQ
Frequently asked
What is a dynamic QR code?
The code holds a short QRVesta link. When scanned, it forwards to the destination you set in the panel. Change the destination and the printed code stays the same.
Do I need to reprint the code?
Not for dynamic codes: you update the content in the panel. Wi-Fi codes are static: the network details are inside the code, so a change needs a new code.
Which scans are counted?
Real ones. Bots, link previews made by messaging apps and repeat scans from the same network within a short time are left out.
Can I switch a code off for a while?
Yes. A paused code opens a “temporarily unavailable” page and works again the moment you reactivate it.
Can my team use it too?
Yes. Admin, Editor and Viewer roles decide who can change what, and per-project access decides what each person sees.
How do I get an account?
For now, accounts are set up by us. Write to us and we will create your workspace and your first admin account.
Print your code once. Then write its story.
