Terms of use

1. Provider

The Service is provided by QRVesta. Contact: info@qrvesta.com.

2. The Service

With QRVesta you create QR codes, change their destination without reprinting them and see scan statistics. Accounts are currently opened on request only: we create the workspace and its first administrator; the workspace's administrators add further users.

The features and limits available depend on your workspace's plan. The plan, limits and any fees are agreed with you separately.

3. Your account

• Keep your password secret and do not share it; you are responsible for actions taken with your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, change your password and tell us at once.
• Administrators are responsible for the users they add and the permissions they grant.

4. Unacceptable use

You may not use the Service for:

• phishing, malware, fraud or misleading redirects;
• unlawful content, content infringing the rights of others (e.g. copyright, trademarks, personality rights) or harmful to minors;
• spam or harassment;
• attempts to bypass security measures, overload the Service or access other people's data.

The detailed rules are in the acceptable use policy, which is part of these terms.

In cases of phishing, malware, fraud or other abuse that threatens people's safety we may pause or close the codes, workspace or account concerned at once, without prior notice. For other breaches we give notice first where possible and time to put things right.

5. Your content

The content you enter (destinations, business cards, logos, etc.) remains yours. You allow us to store and process it and show it to people who scan your codes, as far as needed to provide the Service.

You are responsible for your content being lawful and for having a legal basis for any personal data in it. We process that data on your behalf under the data processing agreement.

6. Availability and changes

We strive to keep the Service running without interruption but do not commit to a specific availability; maintenance and faults may cause outages. Your printed codes depend on the qrvesta.com address; should we have to discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice and let you take your data with you.

We may improve or change features. We announce important changes that affect you adversely in advance.

7. Intellectual property

The QRVesta software, name and design belong to QRVesta. These terms grant you no rights other than the right to use the Service.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of data; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months. Liability for intent and gross negligence and any liability that cannot be limited by law remain unaffected.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may close your account or workspace for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. After termination, data is deleted within the periods in the privacy policy; contact us beforehand if you want to export your data.

Important: deleting a workspace (customer account) permanently stops all of its printed dynamic codes, and deleting a single QR code stops that code: scanning it no longer leads to the destination but to a "not found" page. Deletion cannot be undone; think twice if you have printed codes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.

We may update these terms; the current date is shown at the top. We announce important changes on this page and try to tell workspace administrators as well, through the contact address they gave us.
